The instructor was amazing, calm, and was great at explaining the movements. I liked that she used the healing sounds towards the end of the session, and that she did not incorporate a bunch of moves that require you to twist your knee.

Sara's C2 class on Sunday evening was amazing. I have taken sever CPY classes in my day and can say that was one of, if not, my favorite class I have ever taken. I'd heard people sometimes cry in yoga because your body is detoxing and thought it was a myth until I actually cried (in a good way). Loved it!
