The class was awesome! Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to go anymore or would have to stop, the instructor would move on to a slower pace. It was so much fun as well. Can't wait to cone back!
I would love it if the room was a quiet space before C2 classes.
Nicolletta was a great instructor. The location of the studio was perfect, central to other shops, restaurants, etc. This was important to me because I was visiting from out of town.
I loved the intensity level even for a beginner friendly class. I loved the welcoming/calming/motivating energy of the instructor. I loved the cleanliness and design of the studio.

I love that staff puts in the effort to know my name. I love that I am encouraged and motivated during the class to push myself, work hard, and love myself where I'm at. It's an incredible environment and I am loved and cared for beyond anything I would ever get from a gym.

Classes are very intense and I feel empowered when I'm done with class. Would be nice if more affordable.
