All employees I dealt with were very professional and personable. Maseuse was excellent and was quick to explain the procedure and habits tp avoid at work.
I liked how professional Daniela Belancur was. I never had a massage before, so she explained how she would be giving the massage and she made me feel very comfortable.
Also Daniela had warmed her hands before the massage and that felt great on my body.
It was an awesome massage and I will be coming back.
From the lady on the phone to the welcoming greet when I walked in everyone was great! I was offered a drink right away and the lady that went over my form was very sweet. My massage therapist was also fantastic. I would highly recommend prema to my friends and family !

The facility is beautiful and Valerie was amazing. The rooms aren't super sound proof so some white noise/music might be nice as I could hear people in the hallways and up front while in my appointment. Otherwise it was wonderful.
The reception area and staff provided a very welcoming and calm environment, and the massage therapy was great! Ed was professional, responsive to my tension issues, and the whole experience was very positive. I rebooked and will continue to go to Prema Health!
