We get to see our dog in the play pens while she's there. The staff is always friendly and we can see our dog interact with the staff. I would have liked to have received an itemized bill for the stay though. Otherwise, Camp Bow Wow is our preferred overnight place for our dog. Thanks!

I hate being away from my pup and I always assume he hates being away from me too but honestly I don't think it's true - he LOVES going to Camp Bowwow! Last time I dropped him off I tried to say bye to him in the lobby and he just barked in my face and wanted go through the door to hang with his friends. When I picked him up, he literally howled in my car multiple times before we left the parking lot. He never does that, it was adorable. Thank you SO MUCH for taking the best care of my best pal, it's so nice to know he's in such great hands while I'm out of town!

Good service
During the Marshall FIre Camp Bow Wow put their campers first and evacuated them to ensure their safety and well being. Camp Bow Wow LoDo took the Westminster Campers and kept them safe until the all clear was given. They were accommodating and allowed us leave our camper there until it was safe to return to our home in Superior. While the circumstances were awful, Camp Bow Wow had an emergency plan and executed flawlessly keeping everyone safe!
Customer service is great so far. Communication is clear and so far my fur baby likes your staff/facility. He gets excited when he sees the building
Friendly staff that knows proper socialization of the pups. I also loved that there is an interview process that ensures my pup is safe, and it was nice to watch it on the Camper Cam! The facilities also looked and smelled clean!! My lil guy was so excited to be there and was dog tired after a full day of playing with his new friends!

CBW did a nice job taking care of my girls during their holiday stay. I loved that I was able to see them while I was gone on the video camera. The ladies were pleasant to speak and answered all my questions.
Thank you so much for taking care of our pup during the Boulder County Fires. She was evacuated to your facility because of power outages and extreme cold conditions in the Boulder facility. I'm sure there were things that didn't go smoothly, but she was safe, had all of her things and we had complete communication from both facilities. I'm a huge fan of Camp Bow Wow - Boulder and Longmont!

My dogs may not be thrilled to be boarded, but they are relatively calm and happy when I pick them up. I have had another dog require sedation at another kennel during boarding, so I am happy knowing that if my dogs can't be home, they are well cared for and relatively happy.

The way the facility handled things during the wildfire was fantastic. When I heard about the fires and couldn't reach anyone, I was really worried. Then Ashley called, filled us in on what was happening and the plan and I was relieved, again reassured the dogs were being well cared for. Thanks again!
I really enjoyed the way we were treated from the time we brought Zeke in till we picked him up. I checked in on him everyday and he looked liked he was having fun. I also appreciate the quick response when I sent an email. We will definitely be bringing him back . Thank you to everyone who took such good care of him.

Our dog had to be moved to this Camp Bow Wow because of Covid closing our Camp Bow Wow down temporarily. We were so happy to see our dog playing with the others and enjoying his stay. We were probably more upset about it than he was... But someone from the facility called to tell us our dog was there and to give us an update. We will be back with him for sure.
