You were very accommodating with our elderly dog. Despite her dementia, cancer, and chronic pain, you welcomed her back and kept her comfortable in the old dog room. She enjoyed her bath at the end of the stay. It was obvious she was well cared for and comfortable when we had to be out of town.

Camp Bow Wow takes great care of our dog, Haley. This time, however, there were two areas that were disappointing. First, we asked that Camp Bow Wow give Haley a bath my noon on the day we were scheduled to pick her up. It was not done. Second, when we drove over to pick her up on Monday (Memorial Day) it was closed. Nobody ever told us in advance that we could not pick her up between 11am-4pm. even down to our telling them we'd pick her up between 12-3pm and to have her bath done by 12noon!

From the moment my dog and I walked in there was a warm friendly feel to the 'camp'. The staff are fabulous, caring and accommodating. We used a smaller family run place for puppy play days - but as Reggie has gotten bigger/older - he grew out of it. Coming to Camp Bow Wow was the best thing for Reggie! It is a vast improvement over our previous daycare and we look forward to may happy days romping around with the wonderful staff.

I like that my dog gets individual attention and it is easy to drop her off and pick her up and you make it easy to set up reservations for her. I never have to worry when I drop my dog off because I know she will be well taken care of.
