I brought my lab here for orientation, after a bad experience at a Lakewoid daycare. Upon entering your facility, I was greeted warmly & so was my boy. Natalie was warm & engaging & completely put me at ease. When I came to pick my pup up, I could tell immediately this was the place for him. He was happy & tired. He was not stressed out like he was at the other daycare we had tried. He was his happy go lucky self. I saw him on the video camera a few times & he was clearly enjoying himself.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and my dogs seemed very happy when I picked them up.

The employee asked detailed questions about how my dog was to be fed and if it was ok to add broth or pumpkin to her food if she didn't eat. That was thoughtful to realize that dogs may not eat in a different environment.

Convenient location (especially with the lightrail to the airport now) and everyone always is familiar with my pup, even though he only comes occasionally.
I love that my dog has a place to go when I have to be away overnight. I love that he has a place to go during the day to play and get rid of some of his energy. I am so happy that they are trying out weekend camp days. So many times on Saturday, you have errands to run and it is nice to have camp open so Neeko can play instead of being at home alone.

I like the dogs being out and playing instead of just in pens. I like being able to watch the dogs on the dog cam. I do have to mention that we were a little concerned that no cameras were on on the 4th.
It was a quick and easy drop-off, the staff was friendly, and I enjoy being able to check in on my dog during the day via the webcams. I also love that there are pictures taken of the dogs at play and then posted on Facebook!
