Our dog is home with someone most of the time, so very used to being with people and getting attention. When we drive into the Camp Bow Wow parking lot, she immediately gets excited, jumps out of the car and pulls me to and through the doors.. with her tail wagging! So it is very reassuring for me knowing she likes to go and is very happy there
Very clean facility and staff is always friendly and professional.
Staff seemed very knowledgeable and thoughtful about doggie behavior, responding patiently and kindly to our young German Shepherd. I took comfort in learning about the rotation schedule indoors vs outdoors since in the past she tended to over exert herself in a free-for-all day care situation. The webcam option is a phenomenal perk and let’s me relax more at work when I see that she’s just fine. I even caught her interacting and having fun with a camp counselor:)

The facility itself seems very nice; the staff has always been pleasant, and they seem genuinely happy to see my dog when she comes in. After only 2 visits, they already knew her name without me telling them at check-in. The check-in/check-out process is very easy. I also like that you can book appointments online and check on your pup with their live web cams. My 8 year old REALLY enjoys that the dogs are called campers.

Everything. Staff was friendly and clearly love the dogs. Facility was spotless. Orientation program was good for our dog and for us. We were impressed!
Convenient and we appreciated the help when we had an emergency and had to drop off dogs without an appointment.
They take great care of my puppy!! He gets so excited when we pull up to camp. He plays, socializes, and gets exhausted. Pick up and drop off are quick, and you can watch your dog during the day via web cam.

I am very happy with your services. Suzette lost her older sister this week and I wanted her to have a social environment with other dogs and people. She has been there for only two days but she was a very happy doggie when I picked her up yesterday. 👍👍👍
