You all seem to care very much about the doggies! I enjoy that there is an interview process and that we get to see the daycare. I also love the enrichment options-probably the cutest descriptions I’ve ever read. We haven’t brought our dogs back yet because we were off the next week, but we are so excited to start bringing them next week!
Reggie appears healthy and happy when seen on the video screen. This feature makes our separation much easier to endure. I've no complaints. Only one issue that concerned me. I had advised at intake that Reggie would be picked up by my sister, Judi. I was told that she would be expected to show an ID and/or know phone numbers I had registered. This procedure makes good sense and gives an owner reassurance that their pet will not be handed over to just anyone. Now when Judi announce that she was there to pick up Reggie. The response was ok, "I'll go back and get him". No request for an ID. It seems to me that this was a bit too casual of a release. A simple , May I have your name" would have been an appropriate response. This is not a make or break issue for me; I still plan housing Reggie at Camp Bow
Wow but thought my concern may be worth some thought. A pet released to an unknown person could end unhappily for all.

Jazz is very shy but enjoys going to Camp Bow Wow. She gets great baths and the staff are awesome.

My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow! He has a lot of energy, so it is great for him to play all day. He is our only dog, and spending a few days a week at Camp allows him to develop doggie communication skills.
The staff is amazing and friendly, and I am confident that they are providing excellent care to my boy!
Rossi loves it, and I love that you guys call if there are any issues (like Rossi's lovely GI problems).

I took my pet for an interview and was just impreseed with the entire process. The staff is so sweet and caring. My pet seemed to enjoy just being with other pets so he will be attending Camp Bow Wow.
I like being able to check on my pup with the webcams and the friendliness of all the staff!
I like the fact that you keep the dogs out and play for most of the day instead of keeping them in the kennel and only letting them out a few times a day.

The counselors are very good with the dogs. My dogs love the attention the counselors provide. It lessens their separation anxiety. Everyone shows a high degree of caring and concern for my dogs. I'm always informed if there is anything unusual noticed about my 2 dogs. I appreciate that.
The staff is friendly and a lot of the times when I come in, they're really sweet towards my dog. When I check the cameras, it always looks like my dog is playing and having fun which is awesome :) I always feel safe leaving her at Camp Bow Wow, thank you!
Friendly staff, openness to clients. It’s fun to watch my pet having fun. There is always a camp counselor around to give them pets, make sure they all behave, and keep a clean environment for everyone.

The team is friendly and compassionate. The facilities are clean. My pup is excited to come to Camp Bow Wow Golden- it’s like he forgets about us and is all about his new friends. We love being able to keep an eye on him and get updates as needed!
I don't worry when Cooper is at Camp Bow Wow. I love I can check in on him on video cam and I love that your hours make it easier to drop him off and pick him up.
