You like my dog. Lots of space for animals.
Staff are amazing!
Easy to book, good price, love watching our dog online
Friendly staff, my dog loves to come there.
Very personable! The staff knows our dog and are always excited to see her.
Our dog loves it here! The employee are friendly and clearly dog lovers. We appreciate their great customer service as well.
I love knowing that my dog is in safe, good hands and that your team know who he is by name. It’s great piece of mind.
The customer service and care and especially the live video feed
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Great staff who cared for my pet as if it was their own. The price was affordable for day camp as well as overnight boarding.
My dog is always so content and happy after staying here.
All the services, especially the day camp and overnight stays. Friendly staff, provide great care and love for the dogs! Our dog loves to go there.
The team was attentive to all of the lil nuggets. When our puppy got tired, she was able to rest. The team members also held her when she needed attention. Excellent care and very clean.
Very welcoming. We felt very comfortable with leaving our fury family member in good hands at bow wow.
Very flexible and completely attentive to our aging pups.
Clean & great atmosphere
Caring, consistent handling of dogs and availability make it a good choice for us.
Very friendly and efficient staff. They always have the dog's interest first. Nice, clean facility and we really appreciate them working with our rather timid pup!
My dog loves to play and he was able to do that all day. I also like that there is always a person in the room which gave me confidence nothing would happen.
Great staff. Love the webcams. I do wish that from time to time there was an option to put my dog in a kennel for a nap. He’s getting older and I worry that a full day of day care may be exhausting to him at times, and I don’t have a way to pick him up early. But he loves going there. He jumps out of the car each time I open the door. :-) And I appreciate that you have availability 99% of the time.
I like the friendly staff who all seem to adore dogs. That is so important to me. I’ve heard horror stories about other doggie camps where the staff abuse the dogs away from the cameras, so you’ve got to hire animal lovers to work there.
My dog loves going to Camp BW, whether it’s just for the day or for boarding. She wouldn’t wag her tail and rush in if she didn’t trust the people there.
Very friendly and caring staff. I also like the cameras so I can see how my fur baby is doing.
I love that I can drop my dogs off and not worry about if they are going to be taken care of or not!! They are always kind and cheerful when I come to either drop off or pick up!
My dog LOVES Camp Bow Wow. We can’t say your name at home because he gets so excited.
Very friendly, can book online and get a confirmation.
Super friendly and greet my dog by name every time. My dog is excited every time I drop her off. If that doesn't show how good they are then I don't know what else would. I always have a happy camper!
We love that when we call to make reservations, all the workers know our dog and seem genuinely happy to know he is coming. We are selling our house and have showings frequently and driving around with a big lab is not ideal. Whenever we call to see if he can play or stay they are always accommodating, even if it is last minute. And a huge plus is how happy and tired he is when he comes home!
Leaving my dog alone for hours on end, stuck in her crate, is just not something I want to do. Camp Bow Wow, which was recommended to me by a friend, is the answer. My dog LOVES everyone and every dog so, she gets to play all day with her new found buddies! She comes home exhausted and happy.
I love that my dogs are happy(and tired) when I pick them up and I love that they are safe and well taken care of. I LOVE being able to watch them in the play rooms!!!
I like that you know the personalities of our dogs.
I was dismayed to hear, however, from my daughter who picked up our dogs, that Siena had had diarrhea and no one had bathed him. She had to do that when she got him home.
