I love that I can see my dog on the camper cams. Makes me feel at ease knowing he's happy and playing with other doggies and I can personally witness it. The counselors are very nice and communicative. They keep the place clean and the environment safe for all dogs. My dog is always so happy when I do finally pick him up and then HE SLEEPS SO GOOD! I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow.

Responsive, polite, on webcam personnel appeared to be kind to dogs. Clean work and play areas. Daisy my lab very much enjoyed her first day there!!! Cannot wait for her next play date!
Buffy especially likes the “snuggle time”. Great addition to services especially for an elderly dog. As always I appreciate seeing my pal on the webcams. Your staff is always so gracious & accommodating.
Friendly service convenient location
How close it is to work and how friendly all the staff is. Kijsa was completely worn out for 2 days.
The staff that greeted at the front was awesome. When checking in on the webcam, we noticed there was one worker who walked around with a squirt bottle, which we understand the purpose. However, for our dog that was a trigger because we could see that she was anticipating being hit. She came from a place where she was abused, so that wasn't good for her. Just something to be cognizant of. The other workers did not walk around with the water bottle and she seemed much happier and more secure. When the gentleman was in the yard with the water bottle, her ears were down, her tail was down and she avoided him; but then when other dogs were getting petted and she went to him, she was ignored. That was the only negative about the day.
They were so sweet to Molly! She had a great bath too....
Most of the time when I need to drop off Cody I am in a hurry either to work or to pick up my kiddos. The staff understands my need to get in and out quickly and is always cheerful.

Great place to leave my 2 dogs for day care or while we are on the vacation. Everyone are great with dogs I can tell they love and understand dogs behavior. Clean place. Stuff super friendly. I am able to watch my dogs on the webcams . Highly recommended.
We like the cleanliness, the friendly, caring people and the ability to use the camera system to watch our Zoe play . We like seeing that there is always an attendant present to monitor play activities in all of the play areas. Having different play areas for small, medium and large dogs is a plus too.
We also like knowing that when meds have to be administered they are done so according to the time and dosage we specified. Also, feeding our Zoe the food we bring in to Camp Bow Wow helps keep Zoe from having digestive issues.
We haven't found anything acout Camp Bow Wow we don't like.
The people are friendly and the facility is very clean and spacious. I particularly liked that they were happy to give us a tour and that they check how a dog will interact with one or two dogs, then more, then a large group of dogs before admitting them to the facility. The facility has cameras so the "dog test" can be watched by the owners. This way both the handlers at the facility and the owners can be more assured that any dog will be safe and have a good experience.
