Friendly service and attentive employees looking after dogs in your facility. The online camera’s that allow owners to see interaction of pups is also most helpful.

I like how we get feedback from the staff about how well our dog is doing, especially since our dog is a little shy and nervous the first couple of days. I also liked how they were so willing to accommodate less play due to a sore paw.

We were evacuated in the Sunshine Canyon fire and I had my kids and my dog and was having a hard time finding a place to stay for the night until I thought of Camp Bow Wow. The manager and front desk person were both SO nice and took my dog and it was a huge weight off my shoulders! I knew he was safe and it really helped during a rough few hours....thank you!
