I just love the services, all of the folks, Andy, Lexi, Cianna (sp), DM Corinna, Jace and anyone I may have left out taking care of my pup. I love Kelsey the groomer. The customer service is great and my pup is always excited to goto daycare!

How much the people love seeing my dog.
Long time patron of both day care and boarding. We are retired and mostly use them for boarding. Staff genuinely care about the dogs and remember our pup by name even if she hasn't been there for a while. It's great to be able to observe her via Webcam even if we are far away.

The facility. The layout and separation of rooms. Dogs according to activity and size. Good mix. My dog comes home completely exhausted. Which I love!

Ease of use, flexibility.
Camp Bow Wow - Aurora always goes above and beyond for my dog, Peyton. We are always greeted like a member of the âfamilyâ and Peyton is excited to see his favorite camp counselors.
Being a âwalks onlyâ camper doesnât mean Peyton gets less attention, quite the opposite. Staff always makes a point to play with him, walk him and he even gets a full play yard to himself if the space is available.
I drive 30 minutes just for this location because I know how much CBW - Aurora loves Peyton!!

I love that everyone at the front desk is so nice. Margaret especially is very kind.
When I watch the web cam to check on Honey I like that the Camp personnel give her love and attention along with the other dogs. I recently tried another doggie day care and I was so upset because they kept putting Honey in a kennel. I have told many people I have met about Camp Bow Wow. The only negative is Camp Bow Wow is booked up a lot.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating!
