I just want to say how exceptional the staff at Camp Bow Wow-Bedford Heights is! They have been taking care of my dog-Eliot for a number of years while I was working. Now they take care of him as a boarder. Eliot has developed a few old man issues as he has aged (13 yo), and the staff has taken care of his needs and I appreciate their tenderness and care. When Eliot realizes where we are going, he gets all excited because he knows that he will have fun with his pack and that the staff cares.

Basically my dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow. Therefore I love Camp Bow Wow. The people who work there are so friendly and hard working. The people at the front desk even know my Dog’s name and greet my dog when we come in. It’s a great place to let your dog play with other dogs and come home tied and happy.

I love the Camper Cams and my dog Buddy has always been well cared for at Camp Bow Wow.
It is clean and most importantly, the staff is friendly and treats the dogs very nicely. Everyone there is quite friendly and greets our dog like they are happy to have her there.
Employees
Every person we have seen or met there love what they do and we fully trust them with our dog. The Camp has been a blessing for us to be able to take our huge "Lab puppy" who is a handful for us to a place where he can play and socialize with other dogs, with no worries when we leave him! The special services that we have taken advantage of - baths, teeth cleaning, etc. are excellent and well worth it!

This was our first time using Camp Bow Wow, and we had a great experience! Everyone I talked to was super helpful and very friendly. I love that we had access to doggy cams to check in on our pup throughout the day—he looked very happy, and was certainly tired the rest of the day! Was pleased to hear a thorough report upon picking him up from his trial/first full day of camp. Would definitely recommend to friends!
Friendly People. When my dog is there, she is tired out, and when boarding her, it is better than being cooped up in a kennel or crate.
