Everyone there is WONDERFUL! When I come to pick up my dog Cooper they are sad because they say he's such a good dog and they love having him there. I am a homemaker and we bring him just for the day every so often just because he loves it so much. We couldn't be happier to have found camp Bow Wow in Lawrence!!! So much so, if they are ever hiring, I would apply to work there part time. They are the best ever!!!

Flexibility of drop off / pick up times.
The fact that play areas are constantly monitored.
Pet-cams in the play areas... although the glare on Outside Area 3 is very bad... is there not a setting that could be adjusted or alternate location that would work better?
It would be nice to have better visibility of the play-obstacle (bridge?) in Indoor Area 3... yesterday it was so near the wall it was not readily viewable via the Pet-cam.

I love the camper cam, we used it every day. The girls that helped me arrange my reservation were very helpful and friendly. My dog loves the dog park and is lonely for playtime, this was the perfect solution to not leave dog at home sad and bored. We assume she had a good time, she was exhausted, and slept most of the afternoon we picked her up. Thanks for taking such good care of her. The only negative was a note left in her bag asking for proof of the updated vaccinations. I would have gladly provided that if either girl I had spoken to had asked me to do so. We are bringing our dog back in August, so we will do so then. Thanks so much.
