Clean inside the reception area. Doesn't smell (like other doggie day care centers). Love that there's a big area that Stevie can play the WHOLE time and he's never locked away. He's so tired at the end of the day from having fun and playing. The staff is invested in the campers which is so important. Though Stevie has only been twice he's already in love and so are we.
My dogs were well taken care of during their stay. The price for boarding are very reasonable. Will continue to use your services. Thank you for taking such great care of Lily and Dharma.

I like the freedom to drop off for a day with no notice. Our schedule can change so quickly. The staff is so friendly, males me just want to hang out there because they make it seem like it is playtime with dogs all day long.

We changed our plans several times for Maggie's first stay, and each time, staff accommodated us in a friendly manner. It was really nice to have the flexibility to do so.
Staff went out of their way to help us first-timers with the details - calling the vet to get immunization records, taking us on a tour, answering questions patiently, making Maggie a personal certificate for passing her "interview." We felt the service was personalized and that we were valued customers.
Staff took our concerns about Maggie's first stay seriously and took notes to relay to us on checkout.
The services are reasonably priced.

You have convenient hours for drop-off and pick-up. I love that I can check on my dog via the webcams and see how much fun they are having. My dog always comes home exhausted as it is a great opportunity for him to socialize. Also you have a friendly and professional staff!

We love how much the staff cares about our dog. Many places are simply a kennel and just that. When I drop off our dog in the morning for daycare, everyone calls her name and gets her excited to walk into the door. She practically pulls my arm off trying to get through the fence every time. This is the once place that she does really well overnight as well without fear of returning.
