I really liked how I was informed about the total process of Camp Bow Wow either boarding or daycare or even grooming if needed. How as a dog "parent" I could watch the introductory period from a TV screen in the lobby. The girls were amazing and i feel totally like my Lucy will be in good hands there.

What do you like about our services?

The staff is genuine and friendly! I trust my dog is in excellent hands. The facility is clean and the dogs are all so happy to be there — I’ve never seen a pup come out looking scared or unhappy. I’ve never seen my anxious boy happier since starting CBW.

The people were very loving towards the dogs and seemed to know all the “campers” by name as they arrived.
I was able to watch my baby on the camera while she was there to make sure she was ok.

The staff, the cleanliness of the facility, grooming services, drop off and pick up hours,

Don't have to make reservations to drop off and no requirement to attend a certain number of days per week. Flexibility to take dogs to camp bow wow outside IL. Friendly staff.

Front desk! Wish I could remember his name, but always helpful and pleasant . Izzy always seems to be happy coming out of day care and that makes me happy!
