I feel my dog is taken good care of. I like the employees and like the way the love on the animals.
The only thing I have noticed is that when I get her home she is sooo thirsty. I know there is water out, but she drinks and drinks once home.
I appreciate that when I show up with my dog, Griffin, all of the staff know his name. It makes me feel that he is being taken care of when I am away.
My dog had a great time, I really liked the facility and the fact that my pup was warn out when she got home. Wasn't very happy that she didn't get much attention while she was there as the employee was on her phone most of the time I watched the live feed, disappointed about that but I will definitely be back.

We understand your concern about pricing, especially in today's economy. You should find that Camp Bow Wow's pricing is extremely competitive with other facilities with comparable services. We may appear expensive when compared to a traditional kennel, but that is like comparing apples to oranges since those facilities do not provide the same type of services. Specifically, when you compare, be sure to note how much play time your dog will get each day, whether they separate groups based on size and temperament. Also, find out what costs extra. At Camp Bow Wow, our pricing is all-inclusive, so you don't pay for the special Campfire Treat at bedtime, medication administration, special feeding or special care. The way people almost always save is we don't charge you for the pick up day no matter what time you pick up AND we don't have drop off time restrictions.
Lastly, we offer daycare and boarding packages along with multiple dog discounts that can save a significant amount of money. Our packages differ from others in that they never expire and the days/nights do not need to be used consecutively. Feel free to give us a call at camp to learn more about our packages! I like the fact that my dog can get his nails trimmed and have a bath if I need it. I also like the fact that I can watch my dog on the video feed if I want to.

The staff is friendly with all the pups, as well as with the human customers. 😉 All of the details are so thorough and careful to attend to each individual dog's needs as well as what is convenient for most dog-owners. The establishment is clean, and I love that there is an indoor/outdoor area for my pup to play in all day. I'm especially thankful that there are overnight boarding options. The whole business is one that I am so glad to have close-by! We will be using CBW a lot in the future!
