The staff is friendly and attentive

Camp Bow Wow was a pleasant experience. I have only had my pup there for the interview process so far, but it was streamlined and I felt comfortable leaving her there. They have cameras in the indoor/outdoor areas so you can watch from the App on your phone while you're away. Each room was assigned someone to watch over the pups! Everyone was personable and nice!!

How friendly and inviting your staff are. I always feel welcomed when I come in with my dogs.

We have been brining our dogs to Camp Bow Wow in Burnsville for over 15 years now. Although the hate leaving us, our dogs have a great time ever time they go to Camp. People are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Burnsville.

I thought the meet and greet was AMAZING! Daisy our dog was so tired after playing during the Meet and Greet. I am sure she will LOVE to stay here!

The people! Everyone is so kind and caring - it puts me at ease when I can't be around my dogs. Also appreciate that things are clean and my dog doesn't come home smelling gross... you know what I mean. Daycare is what we use and is perfect. Appreciate you all!

I love that my pet has a place to go and feel welcome.
My one concern - the last time I brought my pet there, I watched the camera for an hour and half and not once did the camp counselor engage or touch any of the dogs in the playyard. I don't understand this. All she did was walk around the play yard and pace back and forth. She never reached down to touch any of the dogs. Very disappointed - I'm sure this isn't the case for all the counselors, but very much an education opportunity. Wasn't happy about that, but overall, I think your camp does a really great job - just need to brush up on the dog interaction by the counselors.

Process was very simple from drop-off to pickup. We loved the live cameras to watch our boys play. Looking forward to signing Murphy & Miller up for daycare very soon!

EVERYTHING! The staff is so kind and so good with all the dogs. The activities are so creative. You just do a wonderful job. I wish I could afford to bring my dog every day but as soon as I get through this financial crunch he will be able to come more.

I do think there should be more times n the playroom for the dogs to climb.

Staff is friendly. Everything is well explained. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.

We use special collars when our dogs go to camp. Whenever those collars get pulled out of the kitchen drawer, they go absolutely nuts, running, spinning, pawing at each other. It's hard to catch them to put the collars on. If they are this happy with camp, how can we be otherwise?
