I love the Camp Bow Wow staff and the facilities! Everyone is nice and Storm loves going. I like their half day and full day options and how Storm can play all day! I love that we are not charged for extra playtime. Storm is loved by the staff and that makes me happy!

It's got to be wonderful because, always, when we're getting ready to come over, Mikey is more excited than anything! When we come to pick him up, the camp counselors are always polite, timely and respectful. We're so thankful for Camp Bow Bow here in Brighton because each of us gets the treat we need every other Friday!

I submitted a request for an interview for our pup and they replied quickly. Everyone was friendly and reviewed the process when we arrived. Overall, it went well and I'm glad Bode has new playmates!!

I appreciate the interview process that is required. This makes me feel better about the safety of my dog. I also appreciate the fact that staff are among the dogs when they are playing. I love watching my pup on the live video. The facility is clean but doesn’t have that awful disinfectant smell. The manager is super nice and welcoming. All the staff have been polite and kind. My dog will be boarding here soon, so I’ll have more knowledge of the facility then.
Everything except after one day she smells terrible. If she is boarded, she gets a bath anyway.
I loved that you sent a text with photos on his first day, technically his interview. It put my mind at ease and I didn’t have to ask. I appreciated it so much

How extensive the assessment prior to accepting a pet into the boarding. I enjoy the fact that my baby gets to play with other fur friends all day and not be locked up in a concrete room like most boarding places. The staff seem very attentive to the fur babies and was able to answer my thousand and one questions without getting annoyed. It feels like the staff really care about my fur baby and my feelings about leaving her there. I enjoy being able to have a view online at any given time I want to see her playing.
