When my puppy started attending day camp in June, I was all he knew because I worked from home. He would pitch a fit and not want to leave my side, which left me heartbroken as I drove to work. The staff were so sweet and gentle with Franklin. Roll the calendar ahead 4 months and now he acts like he owns the place. He pulled me to the door and barks; he gets in the lobby and barks at the staff, as if to say "let me back there with my k9 people" I can now breath a sigh of relief. My puppy dog is happy and safe while I'm at work. Love this staff!

The staff at the Lexington (KY) East location is very professional, friendly, and caring. The facility is extremely clean. Our English Bulldog enjoys playtime at Camp Bow Wow so much, he doesn't want to leave. Camp Bow Wow was referred to me, and I would definitely refer CBW to friends and family.
I like that you have several areas for the various dogs and their size it's that to me is huge. I also like that you have cameras so we can peek throughout the day if we want. I also like that you have a manager Kathy that went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and it is I like that you are in a great location and I like that you guys seem to Have thought of everything when it comes to locking the door so a dog can't get out keeping their food elevated I'm just happy with everything !
It is a great place to socialize your pet and it helps to run off all the zoomies that my dog has.

Always take the best care of Benny and Duke when they stay. Their tails are wagging when we arrive and they are both excited for daycare to play with the staff!
Everyone is so welcoming! Maple is taken care of, we love watching her on the camera. She gets socialized and activity when we’re unable to do it at times in our busy schedule. It’s always clean and well kept.

People are great. They know my dog and there are no issues. The only reason I did not give a 10 is distance, if I did not work in Blue Ash this would not be convenient and I wish you had full weekend daycare hours.

I love Camp Bow Wow Bedford Heights. Calvin, our very energetic GSP puppy attends daycare several times a week. He is always excited when we arrives and practically pulls me into the building. We also use boarding services which is great too as it comes with daycare. The employees are all amazing with Calvin and are so friendly. Ten out of ten recommend!
