My partner and I are first time buyers and had Andrew out to do our inspection at the recommendation of our Realtor. As first time buyers, we were nervous about making sure we were doing things correctly and keeping ourselves in a good position. Andrew was incredibly thorough in his inspection, taking note of details we never would have thought to check on. Most importantly to us, Andrew took the time to explain each detail to us, ensure we understood what we were looking at, and help us to prioritize necessary improvements. The report that we received back was incredibly detailed and relevant - we were beyond satisfied with this service, and will absolutely use Andrew again for future inspection needs.
