The inspection seem thorough, & the inspector explained what he found as deficiencies, & what was required to rectify these issues. Ian was courteous & professional.
The only issue that I have is that I am unable to access the report because when I try to sign in, the link does not respond, so I have not seen the report. There must be a more straight forward way of retrieving this information. Docusign is much more accessible.
