It was very detail oriented inspection. The inspector spent lots of time to investigate every inch of the house.

The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable and provided detailed information to help us understand the current status of the home we purchased. The experience was extremely positive and we would definitely recommend this inspector.
I found in my report gas fireplace reported serviceable, was a product on recall with the brand name "Insta-Flame", the company is closed. So in future, please do a check of major products if any on recall for safety issues.
Note: This BC Safety Authority Safety Order advises that the following gas fireplaces manufactured by CFM Inc. (Majestic Fireplace) that have the alternately labeled trade names Insta-Flame or Northern Flame shall not be sold, leased, rented, installed or operated in the province of British Columbia:
(a) Natural Gas Fired Direct Vent Free Standing Fireplace – Model FSDV22, FSDV30 and FSDV32 Series,

L'inspecteur a été très désagréable des son arrivé. Il était mécontent qu'il y ai 4 personnes, pourtant votre dernier courriel, mentionnais 4 personnes, incluant l'inspecteur. Ce qui était le cas, mais il m'a obstiné, refusait de regardé mon courriel et a appelé la centrale pour vérifier mes dires. Ensuite, je lui ai demandé poliment de terminé avec la cave de service et l'extérieur car je devais quitter a 15h30, l'inspection était a 13h30 et la maison est un 4 1/2, et il avait accès a la cave et extérieur sans ma présence, il était fâché de ma demande, et quand nous avons commencer l'extérieur il s'est mis a pleuvoir, évidemment c'était ma faute, je contrôle la nature... Il a dit devant l'acheteur que je n'aurait pas du être présente mais le vendeur oui, et que a cause de moi il ne pouvait pas s'adressé au vendeur. J'aurais pu rejoindre le vendeur a tout moment sur son cel pour des questions mais rien n'a été demandé. En 17 ans d'immobilier je crois que c'était la pire inspection vécue. Le rapport est bourré d'erreur. Évidemment l'acheteur s'est sauvé en courant et mon vendeur doit subir la suite, vraiment désolant. Je connais Stéphane depuis environs 15 ans, j'ai toujours eu un excellent service avec lui, malheureusement je ne recommanderais plus jamais votre entreprise. Valérie Last name removed RE/MAX bonjour
