Thank you for the quick response to the water problem we had. The crew arrived in the early morning hour (2:30am) to help us! Really appreciated the courtesy the team showed and the knowledge on how to deal with the situation.
Excellent service company. We would highly recommend ServiceMaster!

Kept me informed. Patient with the situation.
All your tech where very professional. Always called before coming over to check on the progress of the drying out.
Service Master was professional and thorough. They arrived when they said they would be there and their time line was accurate. I was very pleased. We had a fire so all of the services were paid directly from the insurance, so I can not speak about cost.
ServiceMaster personnel were always available when I called and answered my questions. Just to note, ServiceMaster was hired by my insurance company (USAA) and dealt mostly with my realtor, as I'm in a different state from the property.
Mostly poor communication
Promptness and cleaness
ServiceMaster employee very very professional, and punctual. He seems to know what is needed and works diligently and always cleans up any debris, etc. Also he explains what he is doing. Your employee is why I would recommend ServiceMaster.
Quick response
Quick response, polite and thorough employees.
I have not yet had job finished, and have called multiple times to get check but haven't heard back
The guys that came out and worked on my place we're fantastic. Very polite, and great workers
Your staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable.
Timely & friendly& professional
Great service wonderful people to work with
tHE SERVICE MEN WERE VERY ACCOMODATING AND PLEASANT AND THOROUGH
If their main mission was to dry the appropriate areas they achieved the mission. From their detail as they located and relocated the relevant items that needed to be relocated and the lack of thought and planning and the removal of drywall and the sloppy way that they removed was most disappointing. Their was minimal communication and coordination between employees who visited the site for their was a lack of consistency performance. They have a long way to go for operating details and implementation.
Professional, friendly attitude by all who came to my home to clean up the horrible mess from flooding.
Their punctuality - fast response - cleanliness and concern for our well being.

respectful, intelligent staff providing Practical solutions
I had a sewer back up in my basement. They were suppose to use a disinfectant to clean sewer and did not clean it at all, they did come back and did a great job, but I did not like the fact I had to complain. They had to disconnect a sink to move to clean, did not reconnect even though I had pointed it out to them. They came and reconnected the sink, when I check it about a week later it leaked like crazy. So obviously they did not test it, and it was very obvious it would leak. I just called a plumber and paid to have it hooked up correctly instead of going through the entire hassle again with Service Master. Although Service Master did take care of my complaints, I do not like having to call and complain, check on everyone all the time. One of their employees lied to my face. No, I do not have a good feeling about Service Master, even though the owner from Grand Junction was totally gracious, in the end I had to pay to have my sink hooked up correctly. Just to tiring to keep calling them.
Professionalism, courtesy, response time.
The clean up was very well done and everyone was very courteous and helpful.
Employees were not provided by ServiceMaster with the proper equipment or help to properly perform their duties. An employee was told to perform a task by himself that obviously required two people. Employee was to remove a dehumidifier from the floor of a crawl space and lift it by himself vertically four feet through a small trap door and into the house. The machine weighed close to 100 lbs. What if he had ruptured a disc in his back and had to file for worker's compensation - or do you even care? Employee was to perform moisture testing in a crawl space under a house which is pitch black without being provided with some sort of light source. How was he expected to do that? Why was employee not provided with necessary equipment for lighting work area to perform testing? All of your employees are very conscientious hard working people. They are not trained properly nor properly equipped to perform their jobs as required. That is the responsibility of SM...and you dropped the ball totally. Maureen Briggs
