The service we got after the pipes broke was fast and good . The man who came out and set up the fans and other michenes to help get rid of the water and some of the smell were great . As so were the other men who came out to do more work on the rug , which had to be taken out . Everyone was great and they could answer all the questions I had for them . Thank you
One of the employee would not cooperate. Had to beg for promised reports but still didn't get them all.

The promptness with which they responded to our request for cleaning. The excellent cleaning, courtesy, helpfulness. Very fine company to deal with.
Promptness was great! The biggest challange we are faced with is when the service men started cleaning up they opened or did not shut my closet door in the bedrrom and EVERYTHING in there is covered with ceiling debri. I have been informed by another professional all clothing, including antique wedding dresses and all winter clothing is covered with this material.and will have to be dry cleaned at our expense $$$$. Very disappointing and totally avoidable. For that reason alone, we would hesitate to refer.
The original estimate included some things that appeared to be part of a "cookie cutter" form and were not actually performed.
Equipment monitoring was solely done by the homeowner using the homeowners electricity so it seemed like a bogus charge.

They have really good staff and they know what they are doing.
Quick response, taking care of business that was necessary in a very timely manner making sure everything was ready to go for restoration to begin. They gave us all the right information and who to contact for assistance, names and phone numbers that do quality service. Most of all was thier kind, compassionate, and friendly employees from the owner to every service employee. If the rating high was five, they would recieve a ten. The peoplewho did the work were professional, kind and informative. I felt seccure tat the job would be done correctly.
The technicians were prompt, followed through and checked up on a daily basis and performed exactly what they stated they would stated that they would. They worked weekends and off hours.
Friendly, helpful, communicative
they did not contain the area where they were working. they cut into the floor, and did not vacuum the saw-dust before they turned on the fans. made a mess!!!!!!

I feel I was taken advantage of since I am a woman and probably wouldn't know the difference but I brought a friend with me who does know about water damage, etc. Service Master DID respond quickly and for that I am grateful.

DISTURB OR REMOVE ANYTHING ELESE THAT WASN'T NEEDED.
