We especially liked the comfort and security of ServiceMaster keeping their word and staying close in touch with us through both of our disasters.
We are grateful for the speed with which ServiceMaster got us out of the horrible messes we were in and the fact that they put our health and safety first.
The records ServiceMaster kept for all the contents of our home, for both disasters, were without blemish. Their recordkeeping was simple and easy for us to trace.
They stored our recoverable belongings in an organized manner that made it easy for us to locate the important necessary items for quick return.
We were always greeted with empathy, patience and kindness and we were never made to feel that we were anything less than very important to them.
We will be forever grateful for their full support during the five long and exhausting months that we needed them to get through these two horrific, back to back, disasters.

So far the servce is good. The restoration is to commence
on Monday July 14,2014.
Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable quality work
The repairmen were polite and very neat. It took a while to get the repairs done; however, I suppose with the amount of damage done this past winter and the demand for service repairs the was to be expected. The repairmen need to remember to finish one job completely before moving on to their next job (this was not necessarily their fault but the due to the demand for their services). Thank you for the work done; overall, a very good effort.

We were out of the province during the first few weeks of the flood period so the start was slow but once started it went good.
