With me out of the country when the broken water pipe was discovered Dan and his people were right there to get the job done. He communicated long distance and did not spare any detail as to how the work was progressing and his dealings with my insurance company were polite and concise. I would not have solved the crisis as quickly and as efficiently if I had not received the service he provided.He allowed me to stay away the complete time while the work was completed because he made me confident in his ability to complete the task.
