Staff was very kind and friendly and service was satisfying and enjoyable
They make it very easy to get a haircut. I have never had to wait and they do great work. The most beneficial thing for me is the free neck trim. It helps keep me looking professional.

Stop vacuuming after every client--or get quieter vacuums. I don't watch sports so I really don't care, I feel sorry for the client who is watching and then hears that noise beside him or behind him and then that is all he hears. You cane even talk to your stylist during that time because no one can hear anyone. The place was very clean, but you have to find a solution for those vacuums. I would also hate to pay extra money for deluxe treatment and have to hear that.

My son's haircut/style can only be maintained using hair gel, and I told the stylist he doesn't use it regularly, we don't have time for that in the morning. The cut is for a side part and, when he does not use gel, his hair falls forward and is very uneven. My son expressed his dislike for the look, and I thought the stylist corrected it, but, after washing out the incredible amount of thick gel she put in his hair, it was obvious he did not get a cut that could be maintained without using styling products. I took three of my sons for haircuts on a day they had off from school. Two of the boys cuts are fine, but we have not had time to come back and see if my third son's cut could be fixed. His friends noticed his bad haircut, so he will not be handing out the "buddy cards" to his friends to promote SportClips.
