Friendly service
Have a better system for checking in. I signed my son's name on the sheet because no one was at the front. When people came in after me, the girls put them in the computer instead of signing them in. I waited while 3 people that came in after me were taken back before me. I mentioned it to the girl at the desk, but there was still one more person taken back before me after I told her. I had two kids with me so it was not easy to sit and wait for 35 minutes. Besides that, the girl that cut my son's hair was very nice, and my son liked the shop. I don't think I would have waited if I didn't have a coupon for a free cut, I would not pay to sit and wait that long.
Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Feel like its my "spa" day!
My grandson loved all the attention the staff gave him from the haircut, to the hot towel, and massage.
Clean shop, professional staff, and good haircuts. It's everything it needs to be. I'll definitely be back.

I took my son here twice and was very satisfied. He actually loves to get his hair cut. The third time we visited ruined his excitement for haircuts. The woman was extremely nasty and rude to my son and the haircut was hideous. It was so bad that it almost looked intentional. She shaved half up the back of his head and it was so uneven and rediculous I had to basically shave his head with a 2 as not to be embarrassed at school or in public. On top of it, my husband was with him and was also dissatisfied with his cut. When you spend close to 50 bucks for two haircuts you expect to leave with some dignity. We won't be retuning. A complimentary haircut would not even bring us back. Why would we put ourselves through that again. It took everything for me not to come demand my money back. I'm sure refunds are not an option. I will deter anyone from coming into your establishment. You need to hire a more professional staff.

The MVP service is the only way people should get their haircut. Also my hair dresser was great. I enjoyed the friendly conversations and the sports surrounding.
Wait time was long with very few people in line ahead of us

Well , I wish my hair grew faster cause I would be there every week lol . The service was excellent, the hair cut turned out great both times and the VIP cut is awesome ! Lol it's extremely hard to find a place that even gives a half descent haircut so the wash , hot towl and massage was Defentiely a huge plus .

It was my first time there, and she mentioned that the store just opened. She was really nice, informative, and an all around wonderful representative for your new location. You guys will do very well with her running the place (it said assistant manager on her name tag).
The reason why I say this is because a lot of places around South Jersey have some miserable people. Not here, though. The haircut was great, and the massage, towel etc were all a tremendous plus.
