The friendliness of all the staff. The cleanliness of the machines and the facility in general. We have a trainer, Noah, and he keeps us enthusiastic and we have learned so much in 3 weeks about the things we should be doing for our fitness for our ages and what not to do. He’s encouraging.
I love the Saturday aqua class, the friendliness of Edwin at the sports desk, Maria is amazing upstairs, the thoroughness of the cleaning/maintenance staff and also the watchfulness of the security staff.
It's always very clean and the attendants are very nice. Just wish the weight room was closer to the cardio room

The new look & equipment is awesome. Definitely a step up. I could only hope the new locations in Rio Rancho are modeled the same offering the same amenities including pool sauna hot tub steam room weightlifting platforms training turf etc

I enjoy the variety of weight and cardiovascular equipment and how easy it is to access my favorite machines. The staff keeps the public areas and locker rooms clean and orderly.
LifeBridge is a full service gym with steam and sauna and pool in addition to full gym, access to trainers and full class schedule of every type exercise possible. Staff is courteous and helpful. Towel service and personal lockers. It’s basically a club not a gym. Love it here!

Defined Fitness has convenient facilities throughout the city. Furthermore, each facility has extensive equipment, excellent trainers, and a broad array of classes. I'm just sorry I didn't avail myself of the opportunities available through Defined Fitness sooner.
