people comment that they don’t go to pelican, stone creek because they don’t have the same quality steam, cold dip and whirlpool as francos.
However, when one of these breaks down and it takes weeks to fix those same people talk about switching to another club.
I enjoy the different classes that meet the needs of all people whether in the water or on land. I am enamored with the various massage offered based on an individual's needs.
I like the friendly and accessible staff. The equipment is excellent, too.

The facility has lots of machines and workout areas off to the side. It never seems to be overwhelmingly busy to get a good workout in a short amount of time. No waiting. Very clean. Members are also very friendly. I'm happy to pay a little extra to go to this place over a planet fitness or anytime fitness... because all the advertised amenities are there, and they actually work.
I've been a member of a few gyms around the country over the years and this is the best one. Very elite but not snobby. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My only negative feedback is to fix the slow wifi.
The gym is nice and the staff is great. My only suggestion is having a few more Keiser exercise bikes.

The person manning the desk was knowledgeable about the facility, equipment, and classes. He also was very friendly and excited about the facility; this made for a very positive experience. The equipment itself was excellent quality and available in sufficient numbers. I'm thinking of the keiser spin bikes as an example. The Peloton bike was a pleasant surprise.
Of all the campus gyms. I like the amenitites the best....dry shampoo, razors, qtips, mouthwash.
Classes are great, especially JC's NTC class.
Vibe is great.
What would make this gym perfect would be a sauna or steam room.
Options to do many different things. Like the social contact with different people.
Gretchen is excellent teacher..and the boutique is cute..its very clean..
