I received a haircut yesterday from a stylist and she could have cared less. She gave me an 8 minute haircut that was choppy and messy. She was more concerned that it was close to closing time, than actually doing a good job and potentially getting a repeat customer. Been a customer of this location for years but will most likely being going elsewhere from now on.
Service was excellent.
The MVP is what I highly recommend for your neck.

This was the second time I’ve visited this Sports Clips and the second time I was given. Fantastic hair at from Savannah. The entire staff was awesome and very welcoming. The atmosphere is perfect! To speak on my specific service, Savannah was awesome. She gave me a flawless haircut not once but twice. She is very friendly and quiet funny. It’s almost as I got there and then a minute later I’m ready to leave, that’s how well she kept me engaged and thinking I was not getting my haircut but having fun. Savannah is great and beautiful inside and out. 10/10 would recommend. I don’t know who sees this but she deserves to be recognized for her superb service. I would say customer service but not once did I feel like a customer but a friend. My whole experience was phenomenal and will be returning in a few weeks! Hope my review is helpful. Celina is always very professional and always quick. She never wastes time and always does a fantastic job. She always recommends great products to use to help me out. I’m always very busy and my schedule is tight and I love knowing that when I go to sports clips I’ll be in and out in a reasonable time.

The products and services are very good and the women who cut your hair they are very friendly and they’re good to talk to.
Celina is the only reason I continue to go to sport clips. Her service and skill set are top of the line. The actual location is not great though, seems to be a lot of turnover which to me is a reflection on ownership. I also question an owner or company that would raise prices during a national pandemic.
Celina is the best! She takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her VIP service is great too.

As soon as I walked into your business on Sunday afternoon one of your associates in a very harsh manner said” did you check in advance in the website”? I said no..is that mandatory? She was annoyed and said “Well there’s going to be quite a wait”. I turned around and left the business. I feel like hair cutting businesses have a certain mentality like they are brain surgeons and in such a high place in our society. I returned on Monday and the place was empty. I did checkin online in advance as per your company policy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have to remember when to go to this business so I don’t have to tolerate the brash behavior of salon employees

Great stylist, fast service
The stylist cut my sons hair much shorter than I asked for. I was very specific because this happened the last time we went and I thought that maybe I was not detailed enough. My son had longer hair to begin with so he wanted to keep some length. He is so upset over this. He won’t take his hat off. I called the manager to address the issue and she was going to call me back but I did not get a call back. Overall very poor customer service.
My barber was very nice and cut my hair very well.
