Although I have been doing yoga for several years, I often feel either a bit shy or stiff (depending on the day!) but Yogasphere - Mandy especially - always makes me feel welcome, and with her thorough and at times humorous guidance, manages to relax and energize me. Her approach feels both very knowledgeable and nicely personal at the same time, which is rare in today's yoga clubs.

The Albany club is well staffed with very friendly people and is very plush. The yoga class was excellent as was the teacher.

Excellent teacher, amazing venue. Very expensive though so that would be a restricting factor to me coming regularly :(

Magical doing yoga up in the clouds.
Felt authentic by beginning the class with a sankalpa.
Beautiful tutor managed a variety of abilities adeptly.
A delight to have time afterwards in the space to take photos, absorb the atmosphere.

Why 9 instead of 10?
Had to join a line waiting outside in the wind after arriving at the stated time.
Quality of sound through the mike was murky.

Really like the chance to do some Yoga whilst on holiday in a really unusual and inspiring venue.

The only two things I would change are

1 - the checking in process which is very slow and meant we got no time before hand to take photos - sending out electronic health and safety forms in advance might be worth considering

2 - tell people that you can only view level 72 until 10am as we along with another 3 couples were stopped from viewing - also might be worth mentioning to the shard staff that we are also paying customers and not different from the general public as they stated.

It could also be worth adding a question to you feedback about any improvements which could be made - as I run a training company and this is often the most valuable information which I get from my customers.

Good chance to do yoga in a very different location with the chance to take pictures before and afterwards. Although we were stopped from going to level 72 after the class, as viewing closed at 10.00 am. I think participants should be told this by the yoga teacher as we would have spent less time taking pictures on the yoga level and went straight up. Otherwise the yogasphere staff were lovely (unlike the shard staff who should learn to smile).

You are working hard to promote yoga and have developed two different styles so people have a choice, depending on need or mood.

Teacher was excellent and took care to keep an eye on people with any injuries

Mandy is just such an uplifting person; she exudes positivism. Although the classes are at times quite challenging (wouldn’t have it any other way) Mandy’s wittiness makes them an absolute pleasure. I have been to a fair few yoga classes in town, but I prefer from far Yogasphere as there is a certain beautiful lightness about the way yoga is approached. Don’t get me wrong I sweat more than in a sauna but the fact that there isn’t a severe serious tone about what we are all trying to achieve during these classes, makes the ‘je ne sais quoi ‘ of Yogasphere. Concluding, I am not at all a morning person, but I will be there every Tue & Wed from 7:30am - best start of the day you can ever get. :)

The opportunity to be quite literally on top of the world, looking out over London, practising yoga is an awe-inspiring experience.

I felt welcomed and looked after, it was a great experience. The Sphere Yoga Class was gifted to me by my daughter and was great. The class was relaxing - not to mention the view of London!

Very convenient location, nice class sizes, nice facilities and nice instructor.

I love the mix of teaching styles and the range of classes you give- each class has a different feel to it; and I love that I get a really good work out whilst doing yoga- you incorporate ab work in the yoga positions so I feel like it is a good workout all over. And the Albany Club is a lovely white space which is wonderful in the early morning classes!

The instructors are very friendly and give clear direction. I also like the small, intimate feeling of the classes - it's a very relaxing environment to practice in.

Both teachers and the venues together create the perfect atmosphere for yoga. I have learned a lot from the teaching methods and always come away feeling relaxed and happy
