Open level classes are great - no pressure to push yourself beyond your capabilities. Previous classes I've done at other places have not been enjoyable as I'm quite new and inflexible.

Classes are varied each week so you don't get bored and you always feel a little more enlightened after each session.

I have been working with Leo on and off over the past six months. The classes are enjoyable and relaxing, I never fail to leave feeling better in my body and in my mind. And Leo always makes us laugh at some point in the session!

I like that I always get just what I need from class, even if I don't know it. I like that there is space to do our own thing. We are not all robots.

Awesome experience, amazing teacher, unique location. I gave 9 and not 10 because there is still some little room of improvement for such a premium brand, i.e. complimentary water bottles or juices, incenses or music in the class... But overall very very good!
