Mix of abilities and hence a mix of options for each pose. Mandy is a great, funny, aspirational teacher with not to much 'Yogic' spiel - which makes a change.
There was no sense of rush at the Yoga at the Shard class. I thought we would be rushed up and down, but it was delightful to have a generous chance to enjoy the view, take photos etc. The actual class was lovely too - clearly presented and interesting movement-sequences.
Would have been good if the admin team had started checking off names in the queue, and getting first-timers like me to complete the health questionnaire,a little sooner. They din't start till after 8.00 I'm sure. It meant some of us hadn't had chance to complete the form before we went in.

The teachers are warm and friendly, encouraging, and take their time to listen to your comments and other related questions. The venues available are within easy reach from public transport in London which is fantastic and very convenient for when you visit after a long day's work. Thank you!

Easy and efficient
The view is amazing and the yoga activating and relaxing at the same time. Both experiences combined is the best way to start the weekend in London. Totally worth getting up a little earlier for it!
