I love the ethical approach Yogasphere takes (e.g. planting trees for each client) - such a forward thinking young company with very approachable tutors who treat everyone as though they were special.

I thought the morning was well organised & a fantastic opportunity to practice yoga in an amazing building. I think this would be a marvellous gift for a friend who loves yoga! The atmosphere was good & the class not at all intimidating.
The instructor is very calm and helpful. Sadly it is nearly impossible to get hold of anyone for assistance outside of sessions.

My first introduction to yoga was through Yogaspheres session at the Shard. It was a great experience, great pace for mixed abilities, where even a novice like myself didn't feel out of place! I would definitely recommend yogasphere to friends and family!

I loved the space! The room (Harley Street) is amazing, and the reception is so calming etc. The instructor was amazing as well and I came away feeling great. I'll definitely be back.

I like the instructors, the classes and how relaxed they are, the fact that there are showers and towels provided. I like the app for booking, especially the way it automatically adds lessons to your calendar! I like the range of locations and how you are not tied to a specific one. I like your email communications and offers. And the price is reasonable especially if you have bought in advance or as part of a deal. All good really.
The website is easy to use and make bookings on. I like the locations for classes and the tutor we had was very motivating and gave excellent instructions.
Mandy and Leo are able to create a calm atmosphere which fosters relaxation and concentration. They are good at challenging and encouraging people to take risks without pushing people out of their limits. They are very friendly and positive.
