Leo is a great yoga teacher, will definitely be continuing.

I thought The Shard experience was amazing and have definitely recommended that. I thought the Harley Street class with Leo was great too – shame the classes aren't earlier at the weekend

The class was excellent with clear instructions and a variety of postures. It was very well organised and all the instructors were helpful and friendly. The Shard is amazing and it was a wonderful experience doing yoga there. We even received a "goodie bag" on our departure which was a lovely gesture.

The one to one service was perfect for me and I got exactly what I needed from the lessons. Mandy was lovely, open and very patient and recognised my specific needs. I will definitely return for another session when I am in London

Brilliant yoga session on the shard. Fantastic teachers, very clear instructions and options to "switch up - felt amazing after! The location itself is amazing with breathtaking views. Overall would recommend for a special occasion (treated a close friend and yoga enthusiast for her birthday and we both loved it).

I love both of Leo and Mandy's classes, and I'm always very pleased by all the new things they have to offer!

I would say though, that sometimes the music choice in the lessons is a bit distracting - I think the calm neutral music is a lot better than when sometimes upbeat music with lyrics is played (it's hard to concentrate or relax when listening to music with lyrics!).

Also, I remember at one point the app use to tell you when a class was almost fully booked. This feature seems to have disappeared now, but it was very useful - I'd love yo see it again!

Very calming class in a lovely location. Very good for stretching, posture and relaxation.

It is a friendly and relaxing environment. The instructors are good natured, easy to understand, aproachable and great at instructing! I ALWAYS come away from a session feeling rejuvenated.

It was well organised, unique experience and catered to all levels of yoga experience and ability. And love the idea of the tree planting.

Yoga in the Shard is an inspired idea and despite the 'gimmick', the teaching is very good too.

The location in the City is very accessible.
The changing room at Matt Roberts was the best equipped I have visited.
The timing of the class at 12.30pm on a Saturday was perfect, however, I understand that this time slot has been dropped. Please bring it back!

the quality of the classes

Yogasphere has some of the best yoga instructors I've ever come across. They are enthusiastic, professional and excellent at explaining the postures. I would definitely recommend them to a friend/family member.

The venues are great and central

It's a very beautiful place, modern, very clean, and bright.

Being a complete beginner I didn't feel uncomfortable and really enjoyed the kick start into Yoga. However it would have been more satisfying if there had been an instructor on each side, to show the positions that were instructed.

The email and text reminders are really helpful. Very well organised classes, and the teachers are great.
