Easy to use app, brilliant class with a wonderful teacher and a lovely space at The Albany Club to practice in.

I attended the early morning session in the Albany Club off Regent's Park - on Tuesday 19 January. A stunning location. The 'teacher' was great - really helpful, hands on and gentle. It was a fab way to start the day...all sentiments echoed by others that I spoke to after the class.

There is such a wide range of classes and all of the teachers I have had the pleasure of meeting so far have been wonderful!!

its easy to book and there are classes spread out across the city. i've only been for 1 class so far but it was great.

As a first time Yoga goer I felt that the class was informative and the instructor was very friendly and very helpful he made me feel very welcome and kept reiterating that it was fine to go at your own pace so I didn't feel embarrassed when I couldn't do certain things. He let you know if you were positioned incorrectly and helping you to get your head around the harder poses. I really enjoyed myself, I found it was gentle and relaxing but my legs, bum and tum are hurting today so I must have been doing something right!
The only thing I would say is that there could be more room in the classes as I nearly got a foot or armpit to the face at times..

The venue was amazing, the yoga session was perfect & the food after was delicious, grateful for the goodie bags which were really really nice, i would love to another session with yogasphere : )

Great locations and inspiring yoga instructors

For a mixed class, especially as a beginner I found it very accessible and enjoyable. Small intimate group also. Just what I was looking for.

Initially I was fairly nervous as I've never done a yoga class before, however upon entering, the receptionist really put me at ease, she was super friendly and showed me the changing facilities. The instructor was very helpful at helping me get into poses, there was zero judgment which was good as I am slowly introducing stretching back into my fitness routine. I liked the balance of spirituality and exercise. I walked out of the class feeling light as a cloud.

First time practicing Yoga. Loved it! I felt elated the whole day. All thanks to Renata who was lovely, and a very good instructor.

The yoga lesson had a nice balance of being a good work out and a relaxing experience for the body and mind

Class was challenging but I could adapt it to my level easily.

I was my first visit and I was delighted to discover a nice, warm and beautiful place when I entered Jack Straw's Castle. The changing room and the yoga studio are nicely decorated, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. Towels and lockers are provided (no need of £1 coin!).
But I have been even happier to meet the staff. From the lady who welcomed me when I entered to the teacher who has been so helpful during the yoga lesson I wanted just one think while living: booking a second course. And I did!

Good standard of teaching,welcoming to all. Have only used 2 locations but gyms are v nice with good shower facilities.All look like accessible locations. Love the fact that 10 trees get planted every time I attend a class, great idea.

I love the wellness message at the heart of yoga sphere. It makes yoga accessible rather than intimidating, and therefore easy to incorporate into your life.
