Well, I’m a return client because of your coupons, and quick service being, when we decide to wait for car, oil change, minor things etc. However, staff continues to be indifferent of your visits, every time. Their very dry disposition is obvious, as if we caught them at a busy time and we’re just adding to their work load even though we’re coming in with appointment. I’ll continue to go as I see needed, because the quality of work is also good. Maybe these are coincidental observations when we’ve gone in. Please keep those online incentives, they’re needed these days. Thanks.
