I went in for an alignment and was made aware that the tie rod was stuck and they needed to replace it in order to do the alignment. Knowing it was going to take a couple of hours they offered me a ride home and a ride back to the shop to pick up my vehicle when it was ready for pick up. It took around 6-7 hours from start to finish. Thanks guys for your hardware and service.

I've gone to CB for maybe two decades, and you are my go-to mechanic service. I trust your diagnosis, and CB has skilled mechanics to fix the problem. If I have a problem, I trust you will handle the situation fairly and professionally. Although your cost is a little high, it has been worth it. I never drive away feeling I've been scammed, or the price wasn't fair compared to the market rate. I always feel welcomed, and it is nice to see familiar faces or hear voices when I walk in or call.
