Chris is VERY good at explaining what needs to be done. Idk... he's just a easy person to talk with; doesn't confuse me and I feel comfortable with any questions I may have.
So far I am throughly satisfied with their work. With a 2012 Passat it can be difficult & pricey for parts, but they' must have some good connections cause so far they've fixed the gear shift (quickly & affordable) and installed a new AC compressor in less than a week!
Also like the parking area & waiting room - it' is clean and quiet.
Oh, and when my gear got stuck in reverse and I couldn't even get the key out of the ignition much less start it; they sent a tow truck to pick it up & take to the shop for a very low fee & gave me good documentation that my insurance providers needed to cover tow fee.
Chris, his brother and his Dad are just honest hard working fellows & that's hard to find these days!
