Customer service is excellent. I like the ease of the website and I like the auto health report. The biggest thing I appreciate is that my valve stem covers were missing a few tires and they replaced them for me without asking or even telling me they did it. I just noticed while washing my car. Again, that type of customer service will keep my family's business for the foreseeable future.
