I really appreciate the open communication. Everything is laid out for one to decide. The only thing is that the work done is extremely expensive but I can see why because they do serve the community and it allows for them to participate and help others who cannot afford any maintenance. I love the staff, they are all friendly and above all, they serve God. Many businesses these days do not know God so I appreciate how they boldy claim their love and put Jesus as the 1 and only.

The gentleman were very nice and helpful. I was early and I forgot my insurance certificate. The told me to have it emailed over from insurance company. I did and everything was good. When they were completed I asked "where is my bill?" I was told "no charged". I was so surprised that I kept thanking them. Thank you again for a good experience and free of charge.

Paul made things flawless. He kept me up to date on the arrival of the part for my headlight. He offered beverages and looked up work that was diagnosed at another CBA. He printed me the estimate and told me to let him know when I'm ready to schedule. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service!! I ,myself, am in customer service and I can tell you that it is a taxing job with little appreciation. I Will continue to come back because he is outstanding and also because of Jim. I am NOT a fan of the manager. He was abrupt and teetered on being rude.
