Been driving the van for more than a week now and the driving is smoother except for 2 instances when the transmission did not engage properly on reverse. They asked me to observe and take note if anything is still not in sync which they have already scheduled the next assessment.

The sales associate, Nick, went above and beyond my expectations. While my two boys and I were sitting in the waiting room looking at cars, he came over several times to update us on what was going on with the car. He interacted with my kids quite a bit, and even gave them a set of Legos he had to play with. He showed us around and answered all our questions. Excellent service. And I also liked the $20 off service on oil change coupon, up to 6 quarts without the up charge since my van takes more oil.
