The day went to Christian Brothers have oil change. The front counter guys were kind. Came and explained what I was needing . Took care of my vehicle right and prices good. Ask for print out on something need get done. They did. Great Customer service. This was my 1st time there.

I have had 4 of my vehicles serviced with you and I was very impressed with the service you gave. This time I sent my wife with her Cadillac CTS for service knowing you would do a complete service check and notice the car needed new wipers blades and she would finally get new blades. Well you let me down. You did do the inspection with recommendation s but missed the wipers. Other than that everything was great
I appreciate the manager responding back from my initial comments on first survey… I know elsewhere a lot of these fall on deaf ears… so I appreciate the concern… the issue has since been resolved

I like the customer service and they are always patient with me as I am am old lady. I had dinner Tuesday evening with Jersey Village Womens Group. Some people were asking me how I liked it. They are concerned because the business was sold and afraid quality might go down. I did not know about it being sold and it felt like the other times I had been there.
