Everyone at the West Rd location is always nice and helpful. They always do a great job and when they don’t, they’re quick to correct it. I love that they play KSBJ in the waiting area because that’s all I listen to in the car so it’s nice to continue listening to it as I wait.

I was highly impressed with my recent experience at this shop. The gentleman who worked on my vehicle’s oil change was quite simply awesome! He delivered on every point covered pertaining to the service I was expecting to receive and he made me feel secure in getting a quality job done! All of the employees were very professional, super efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I will definitely be a regular customer at this shop based on my exceptional experience! Bravo to the employees for making me feel like I was in good hands and that I mattered as a customer! Thank you!

The people were very pleasant. They showed me what was wrong with my car and explained it to me. There was no pressure to get it done right away. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. I was able to set up an appointment to get the work done and the wait time was what they told me it would be. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
