My car needed rear brakes. I made an 8:00am appointment. They took my car into the shop area and replaced the rear brakes as agreed. They even refilled the windshield washer reservoir as a courtesy (which I had not mentioned before hand). The work was completed on time. The charges were at the low-end of the original estimate. They were efficient and courteous as always. This is why I have trusted Christian Brothers with all my vehicles for many years.

They fixed my car as promised, earlier than expected, and cheaper than I expected as well. We have taken all our vehicles to them for years.
CBA reps are courteous and trustworthy! They inspected and test drove my car multiple times in order to thoroughly check for a vibration and noise I was hearing. They took their time in order to serve me best!
They also have a desk and phone that are being overseen so customers aren't waiting, wondering if anyone is going to help them.

The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the service they provide. The only change I would like to see is to have more flexibility on customers who have a daytime job such as opening on Saturdays and to provide transportation to those who work downtown during the week.
