They were very attentive to what I wanted done and repeated to make sure they had it. They offered a ride home, Bob was very professional, and offered to come pick me up when my truck was ready.

Brought my Mazda in for an oil change and they were extremely busy and didn’t think they could handle it quickly , was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the way they handled the amount of work they had and that it only took about 20-30 min to have my car serviced and on my way .

Well, I expressed it previously but just in an email.

Probably what I appreciate most is I feel like I can trust them.

Secondly, they spent a lot of time (& probably lost a lot of money) correcting an issue that wasn't correct initially when I had them work on my car.

Third, they agreed to do an inspection to validate what a dealership listed as needing repairs, not knowing whether or not I would go back to the dealer for those repairs rather than have CB do them.
Fourth, they had several cars awaiting their service but they squeezed mine in to complete the repairs in a timely manner.
