The service writers at the Waxahachie store really know their business. They gave me their full attention, their honest opinion and did exactly what they said would be done. The work met my expectations, my charges were clearly defined and I drove away in a Sequoia that runs beautifully. Your Waxahachie guys really impressed me. I worked in a Chevy Service Dept. for 20 years. Don't let your Waxahachie folks get away. They'd be hard to replace.

Good people. Mike, Matt and James, as well as the shop staff are all knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I can get in for simple tasks like oil changes on short notice and can get in and out on more complicated work in a very reasonable length of time. I particularly appreciate being allowed to bring in parts, especially odd parts for my British made vehicle (with the understanding that no warranty is provided or implied). And I appreciate being able to take a look at the work being done - never know when I might learn something.
