On your advice, we had the car towed to the KIA dealer who confirmed it was an engine failure and was covered by the warranty. This may not have happened if the car had been towed to another store...

When I called (on a Friday) about my brake light not working I was told I could bring my car in the next Thursday at 1 pm. This was not acceptable so I called another location and was told to bring my car in. It took about 10 minutes to fix the problem. I still will be bringing my car in as needed because I trust the people who work on my car.
